The white rug looks like they didn't even tough it. The blue rug still has stains. $1200 for nothing. The couch cushions barely look touched as well. This is awful! I want my money back. Updated: Spoke to owner and she made it right! They came back with new chemicals and redid everything. She listened and understood my frustrations after sending her pictures. They were still not able to get everything out of the white rug but that was understandable since it was due to more wear and tear and they were not able to get all the stains out from the furniture, however it looks so much better than before and this service was what made me a spotless customer to begin with.

Fast response despite the aftermath of the 2026 june flash floods in Richmond, great service, friendly staff, quick and efficient. A large portion of the cost is equipment daily rates (air movers and dehumidifiers) these are important to drying out the basement but for those with a very robust dehumidifier that may be something to consider. A week after the equipment was pulled my dehumidifer is still slowly, slowly getting the humidity back in line, so the headstart their dehumidifers gave was a big help. The guys did a great job removing the damaged flooring, drywall, and carpet. They managed to help save our area rugs by expressing the water out of them, we were then able to get them to a cleaner who got them good as new. Invoice came in under the estimate as well, always good to see :) It would be nice if the guys were allowed to give a spitball estimate, they were a bit cagey about it until they had gathered all the photos/readings and sent it back to management for the estimate. That took what felt like a couple hours where I really had no idea how bad it was gonna hit the pocketbook. It also felt like it stopped the guy from being able to get started sooner then what might have been possible otherwise.
